Abstract

In this study, the effect of the radiation doses on the patota tissues has been investigated. Alanson potato were cultured in vitro and irradiated in different dose of 22 Gy, 33Gy, 54 Gy, 57 Gy, 109 Gy. 25 plants were used for each dose in vitro while for control group plant wase used before irradiation. In in vitro experiments, leaf size and plant root number have been determined and compared with the control group
